Fursa Access Consulting was founded by three Tanzanian professionals whose own journeys have crossed countries, institutions and professional fields.
Along the way, we learned how difficult important opportunities can be to navigate when information is fragmented, guidance is hard to find, or you simply do not know where to begin.
We created Fursa Access Consulting to make that journey clearer. We provide practical, personalised professional support in areas where our team has meaningful experience and expertise — and we expand only when we have the right people to do the work well.

Biomedical engineer, scientist and educator with experience across Tanzania and the United States. Omary holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and is a researcher at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His work spans research, technology, education and professional development, with a strong interest in helping others navigate opportunities across borders and institutions.
Physician with training in public health and management, and experience navigating academic and professional opportunities across different systems. Adela brings a combination of healthcare, leadership and international experience to Fursa Access Consulting.
